Key role and responsibilities-
- Leading the coordination of nursing healthcare within and across different care contexts to facilitate optimal health outcomes
- Delivering exceptional care to patients to meet with the clients organisational goals
- Maintenance of ongoing personal professional development/continuing education
Minimum requirements-
- Bachelor of Nursing or Equivalent
- UK NMC registration
- 18 months of experience in speciality
- Australian Nursing Registration, desirable
