Specialist healthcare recruiter, MSI Group, has this month been recognised by both the London Stock Exchange Group and The Sunday Times for its ongoing growth and success.
Now in its fourth year, the London Stock Exchange Group’s, 1000 Companies to Inspire Britain, showcases the UK’s most dynamic and fast-growing small and medium sized enterprises. To be selected for the list, businesses must demonstrate not only positive growth in revenue, but also significantly outperform their sector peers. MSI Group was recognised in the annual report for the second consecutive year.
The Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200 ranks Britain’s mid-market private companies with the fastest-growing international sales, measured over their latest two years of available accounts. MSI Group appeared on 2017’s list after enjoying £3.7m of international sales last year, representing 26.58% growth per annum.
Commenting on the accolades, Nick Simpson, CEO, said:
“Since MSI Group’s inception in 2002, our ongoing growth and success has been built on the ethical recruitment of professionals into the NHS and other healthcare organisations both here in the UK and overseas.”
“For this reason, it always fills me great satisfaction to receive third party recognition that this business model is not only morally sound, but also economically advantageous.”
“While some other healthcare recruiters made hay in the UK by capitalising on the NHS’s desperation to access skills before mandatory guidelines were introduced around pay, only to see profits tumble when new legislation were brought in, today only the most strategic consultancies are thriving. Our appearance on these lists is testament to the fact that sustainability rests on an ability to operate in a principled fashion on a global scale.”
